9am at Denbigh Leisure Centre, probably head over to Corwen then a quick option back via the A5104, or longer option Carrog, Horseshoe and back.

Nice ride, only four out. Dave LM didn't feel great so peeled off at Ruthin to go for a short ride by himself, leaving myself, Phil P and Mark F to head on up the Shelf. With Mark having to be home by 11 heading back via Nant Y Garth and Ruthin Phil and I decided a trip over the Horseshoe and back through Worlds End would be a good idea! An emergency food stop at a busy Llandegla completed a good ride which I made 53miles with 1325m assent.
